    FAQs

    How Long Will this Take?

Answer Upfront: 40 days max, average typically seen is 30 days

    The beginning: Making the Jewelry

For most customizable orders, It takes us 15 Egyptian Business Days (Sunday - Thursday) to actually make your product. Next is then if you choose to receive the certification of your jewelry.

    Certification

All of our custom, handmade jewelry is made from Egypt, the metals and gems all are gathered and worked in the country. When we are importing our jewelry, it must be inspected by the Egyptian authorities that validate the quality of the jewelry. Upon the completion of their inspection, they provide a stamp and certification of the jewelry and it is then shipped to the United States. This process is done for our entire import and so it varies in time and we do not include this document in your order. We usually see the completion of this process in about 10 days. If you choose to have your individual item certified, this will happen sooner, and the document is provided in your order and will be in Arabic or English if you elect for the translation upcharge.

    Shipping

One the item is ready to be shipped, it is given to our carrier and sent to the U.S to our processing center. This takes about 10 days before we receive it, Once we do, it is then inspected once more, packaged and shipped to you based on your shipping election. Our basic options takes seven days.

Display photos don't look well done, is this a scam?

We are a new business that does not have a lot of starting capital to order displays for every jewelry item and variation we offer. We only have old photos of some products prior to the opening of out business.

Every order we receive in which no good photo exist, we take new photos and use them to then display the product on the website, which is why some products on our site have good photos while others do not. This is a growing pain that will be resolved overtime as we receive new orders.

I want to further customize my order than what is offered on the site, can I do this?

    Absolutely!

Add the details in the appropriate fields, every order, we contact you directly to confirm details and then customize the order exactly how you want it. Our craftsman are very good with their hands and so the customization is nearly endless, only limited by what the hands can do with the raw materials provided.
